Dili, East Timor to Kupang, ferry from Kupang to Ende Flores
Flores, then island hopping to Java
Java
Sumatra, then ship the bike with the onion boat to Penang
Penang to Bangkok
Bangkok to Southern Cambodia to Siem Reap to Veun Kham (Laos border)
Veun Kham to Vientiene, Laos
